Today began
with a seemingly endless series of phone calls.
Gloria had a dental appointment
at 1400; I had no appointments. At 1030,
the dentist’s office called and asked if I would like to shift my October appointment
for one today. Since I was planning to
drive Gloria to her appointment, I jumped at the chance.
We turned the
pump for the pool filters back on to try to keep the pool clear until it is
closed for the season.
Nothing else
of world shattering import took place here today.
