4 August 2011 Hollywood must have sabotaged Palin’s movie.

An interesting copyrighted article.  The article is wonderfully brutal in concept and execution.    Among other tidbits, they reveal that paid viewers for this “movie” are nearly non-existent.  The total is 2,400 out of a national population of 307,000,000.

Palin flick defeated at the box office
By MAGGIE HABERMAN | 8/1/11 8:30 AM EDT
GOP12 has some more data points on the box office struggles of "The Undefeated," the pro-Sarah Palin movie that is now headed for pay-per-view release, starting with its weekend grosses:
July 29-31: $5,200 in 4 theatres.
July 22-24: $24,664 in 14 theatres.
July 15-17: $65,132 in 10 theatres.
You can see the clear pattern here. The film opened solidly, at $6,513/theatre. Consequently, its distributor expanded it to new markets and 14 theatres.
But the film actually did substantially worse when it expanded, as ticket sales dropped 62%, and the film went from $6,500/theatre to just $1,762 theatre.
Last weekend, the distributor pared things down and ran the film in only four theatres, which should have raised its per theatre average, even while reducing ticket sales.
But it wasn't just ticket sales overall, it was the ratio of tickets sold per theater. That figure was $1,300, "its worst performance since opening," GOP12 notes.

Fox News anchors admit going soft on Palin
(CNN) - Two Fox News Channel anchors said Wednesday they sometimes feel awkward about commenting on former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin because she's a fellow Fox employee.

Cassi Creek:  The swift descent from its Iowa and S. Carolina openings to PPV indicates that this is one of the worst movies ever marketed.  In concert with her Alaska reality show – “How not to shoot a caribou,” this latest propaganda dog proves that Palin will not be needing a stylist to prep her for the Emmys or the Oscars.
Given the manner in which things happen in Palin world the former governor will make no comment about its lousy performance until cornered by the real (non-Fox News) media.  Then she will revert to form and blame it all on someone else.  I predict a massive left wing, socialist conspiracy will rear its head over Alaska.
